The sales prices range from 3.00 USD to 5,000 USD depending on the item or project.
Payment methods that are accepted are VISA, Paypal, and cash.
All products will be sent via mail within 3 business days.

The return and cancellation policy:
All transactions are final after the artwork or item is sent in the mail. If an item is hurt in the mail, it can be returned with a 25% refund.

About Defective Products:
If a product is defective, it can be returned 1 week after purchase.

Application expiration time:
If payment for a commission is not received during the signing of the contact, the contract will not be active.

The Spilt Ink is open for business 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. All deliveries are made between 10am and 4pm.

Multi-contract Illustration:
Each commission is different however every single detail of the project will be written in the contract and read by both parties and signed together via in person or online.

Sales Limitation:
The product quantity is labeled next to the item on the SHOP page. If a product is unavailable it will be labeled.

Shipping Cost:
The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the artwork and is indicated during the purchasing of the product.
