Artist Statement

The Spilt Ink creates PopSick paintings that combine comic art, graffiti energy, and vintage Hollywood glamour. Inspired by Tokyo’s underground music scene, his work explores nightlife, rebellion, beauty, and urban mythology.

Luna Popsick was accepted to be displayed the National Art Center of Tokyo
新国立美術館
in Roppongi as part of the 59th Annual Ikkikai Exhibition. The NACT is one of the most famous museums in Japan.
